The recent floods have left several hospital dermatology units damaged. These units now struggle to care for patients who need them most. Dermatology facilities are often the first point of relief for skin infections, wound care, and other conditions that rise sharply after disasters. Many now face broken equipment, unusable clinics, and limited capacity to serve their communities.

Sri Lanka College of Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine is mobilising support to help restore these facilities and ensure that patients continue to receive safe, timely dermatologic care.
